are one hour detailed interactive sessions for "do

goals. Unlike personal training, you schedule them as
you need them.
Whereas some prefer the guidance of a personal trainer,
others prefer to mange their own fitness right inside
their home or at their own gym, while overcoming roadblocks
such as getting started for the first time the right

development. Taking your body type into consideration,
we'll review your program and show you how to challenge
your body using your preferred method. We'll teach you
how to get past those "fitness hurdles" or

Fitness Consulting Rates
Individual: $60.00 Per Consultation Corporate: $40.00 Per Consultation
We’ll continue to follow up monthly to
track your progress and new training programs to reach
your desired goals.To optimize your results, we recommend
a minimum of three scheduled monthly consultations to
develop your specific fitness program while incorporating
the basic five essential elements of fitness:
1. Resistance: Build and preserve
your lean muscle tissue.
2. Cardiovascular: Quick and easy tasks
for fat loss with or without cardio equipment.
3. Nutrition: Choose the right carbohydrates,
fats and proteins that compliment your
personal likes and dislikes and match them with the
goals you've set.
4. Flexibility: Get a limber body for
vascular flow and injury prevention.
5. Recovery: Make adjustments to your
lifestyle to allow your body to recover faster
from your program activities.
Video Monitoring and The metaMorphixx VideoFit Library
Reviewing your body mechanics with detailed video feedback
has become a powerful tool to assure that we create
the best program customized to your gorals,. Use the
feedback clips to monitor your form, correct your posture,
and prevent injuries. Feedback video clips are available
for download to your PC, MAC, iPone or BlackBerry.
If you're one the go, you can still manage your program
and stay on track. Our customized training video clips
are available for download direct from our VideoFit
Library. If you own a smartphone by BlackBerry, HTC,
Motorola, Google or iPhone, you can download clips directly.
Each month, we'll add more clips as you progress to
the next phase of your program even if you travel frequently.
