Body Conditioning with SHOCK Classes

Introducing the only system that yields extreme definition that everyone wants, SHOCK provides body conditioning for all types of sports and targets fat as the primary fuel source. If kickboxing and aerobics are not giving you the results you are looking for, then consider a different approach – cardio circuit training with SHOCK.

If you’re spending 5-6 days a week at the gym walking on the treadmill and not seeing results, then you need an alternative. Get ready for a “one of a kind” fun, fast paced, intense calorie consuming, fat burning strength and cardio circuit training class, combined with hyper-optimized Cardio Kinetics for fat loss!

SHOCK: Cardio Circuit Training

SHOCK surpasses aerobics because its hyper-optimized, cardiovascular body conditioning technique uses fat to create kinetic energy, unlike running and aerobic activity which target carbohydrates and muscle as fuel. This progressive circuit training technique is safer than boot-camps because random movements recruit the entire vascular system and 3 or more muscle groups, with little to no impact to supporting joints.

Additionally, fast strength training exercises are more efficient than health club machines because weight resistance derives from dumbbells, cables, and your own body weight. There are no gimmicks - just the basic laws of Kinesiology without resorting to the typical health club equipment that no one knows really how to use.

These cardio circuit training classes are consistent, smaller, and the setting is co-ed. The entire session is only 60 minutes long, and you can get a good workout even on the lunch hour because we create body conditioning routines that get results. The next round of classes begins January 2009 with a Monday-Wednesday-Friday frequency. Midday and evening classes will be available.
