Personal Fitness Management / Consulting Clients Only ($75.00 per hr. / session)
Personal Training Rate ($55.00 per hr. / training session. Off Site Rate start at $150.00 per hour, all rates are subject to change without notice, and according to individual service needs. Clients must meet a 6 session minimum. These services fees are non-refundable!)
